			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On 21<sup>st</sup> of April the brightest web designers of India’s Silicon Valley gathered at <a href="http://hasgeek.com/" target="_blank">Hasgeek</a>&#8216;s <a href="http://metarefresh.in/2012/" target="_blank">Meta Refresh</a>, a daylong conference that revisits the construction of user interface on the world’s biggest platform – The Web! We at Capillary decided to throw these Web Gurus a challenge &#8211; <strong>@import url(&#8220;contest.css&#8221;)</strong>, to prove their mettle in a CSS contest.</p>
<p>The rules was simple (task was not) &#8211; Design the Capillary logo with pure HTML/CSS3 (Obviously, no data URLs) within 48 hours and prove that when it comes to CSS, who is the Boss!Entries poured in and we were amazed by the accuracy most of them achieved while keeping the HTML clean and semantic.</p>

Aakash was able to identify both the fonts used in our logo. In addition, he used the CSS3 background-clip property to recreate the gradient inside the text.</p>

<li>Exceptional analytical skills with solid technical knowledge of analysis tools</li>

<p><strong>Technical / Functional Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-6 years of experience in Analytics (preferably retail analytics)</li>
<li>Excellent written and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Excel &amp; PowerPoint</li>
<li>Knowledge of data analytics tools like SQL/SAS and Statistics is a must</li>
</ul>

<p>The Territory Partner Business Manager is responsible for a territory number and the recruitment, enablement and management of the partners within that territory to achieve it.</p>
<p>The overall goal of the role is to ensure that the territory achieves its number, increases product penetration and ensures focus on the key partners within this territory via planning and plan execution while ensuring that all partners within the territory are enabled to sell our solutions.</p>
<p><strong>Business Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Meet assigned financial targets</li>
<li>Provide accurate weekly forecast sales potential between capillary and Managed  Partners</li>
<li>Encourage partners to provide continuous improvement in the way they service customers through   improved levels of service</li>
<li>Be responsible for overall partner relationships and satisfaction in assigned territory</li>
<li>Develop local success stories with partners and their successful customer engagements</li>
<li>Fully understand channel and market drivers to determine program/promotion activity</li>
<li>Achieve balanced sales performance across all Partners</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Business Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Management of Channel with a core focus on the key Managed Partners</li>
<li>Drive attendance at all partner events driven by the partner, enablement and marketing teams</li>
<li>Drive partner competencies and other programs</li>
<li>Drive demand generation activities in partners using programs and tools available</li>
<li>Deliver sales training to territory partners</li>
<li>Leveraging partners to identify and drive new product and solutions opportunities</li>
<li>Organize regular joint business development activities for key focus partners</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Relationship Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, manage and measure territory plan</li>
<li>Develop, manage and measure partner performance through detailed business planning and regular reviews against the plan for      focus partners</li>
<li>Develop and customize tactical sales programs and promotions leveraging each partners unique value propositions</li>
<li>Ensure that all partners are kept fully informed on all relevant initiatives, activities and product and solution developments through    regular updates</li>
<li>Provide partner sales team with &#8220;How to Sell&#8221; training on our products and services on a regular basis</li>
<li>Manage channel conflict in the most efficient and effective manner</li>
<li>Act as primary contact between Capillary and partners on day to day activities.</li>
