The Capillary Solution

The solution comprises of:

• Store Module or Client – This is deployed at the Retailers point of sale terminal and is fully integrated with the billing software. The simple application allows retailers to tag over 80% of their customers along with their purchase details.

• CRM – The data collected from the store module feeds the backend CRM which provides a dashboard view of customer profiles, product associations, customer Lapsation amongst other reports that are critical in nature.

• Consulting and Analytics Services – The end to end solution is provided in the SaaS model complete with consulting and analytical services to ensure end to end solution management and execution.
